What goes into our soju?

Glorious Lands Soju is hand fermented using the highest quality wheat grown in the Canterbury region of Aotearoa New Zealand.

Nuruk is an essential ingredient in traditionally distilled craft soju. It contains natural enzymes that convert wheat into a fermentable sugar and yeast to create alcohol.

New Zealand water is some of the purest and cleanest in the world. We collect rainwater from the hills surrounding our distillery.
